Dr. Hardy has provided Expert Witness Testimony numerous times in legal proceedings in Massachusetts, New Jersey, Connecticut and New Hampshire. These proceedings generally involve a legal question regarding brain injury and its subsequent psychiatric manifestations. On occasion it has involved testifying on behalf of a person with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder.

Dr. Hardy has also testified as an Expert Witness in noted criminal cases in Massachusetts.
